中華英才網內部信確認被58同城收購

5月8日上午消息，中華英才網今日上午發布一封內部信稱，中華英才網出售于58同城，該交易從即日起完成。內部信同時表明，中華英才網原母公司愛爾蘭尚龍集團將退出其在華業務并解除員工合同，現已授權FESCO和所有員工談合同解除事宜，包括補償金的計算和發放事宜。
信中明確表明，對所有員工的補償方案是一致的，補償金按N+2通過FESCO直接發放。補償金將分兩次發放，第一筆相當于N+1的金額會在5月底發放，剩下的補償金會在8月底全部發放。
另外，內部信還指出58同城希望能聘用中華英才原有的大部分員工來繼續發展中華英才網的業務。從今天起到下周三，58同城的人會與大家進行交流。與58同城簽定新的勞動合同的員工，同樣可以按上述分兩次得到補償金。(揚子)

There is an important announcement that I wish to make。

Over the past number of months we have been approached by several interested parties in relation to potentially acquiring the ChinaHR iness。
在過去幾個月間有好幾家公司與我們接觸討論關于收購中華英才網的事宜。
After numer weeks of dission we have agreed to sell the ChinaHR iness to 58 and this sale will bepleted imminently。
經過幾周的談判，我們決定將中華英才網賣給58同城，這個交易將于即日完成。
58 is an extraordinary NYSE listed intepany. 58 has agreed to acquire the China HR brand and other assets. In the future 58 will keep the brand of China HR and keep supporting the iness of China HR. For example, 58 will share its great advantages in marketing, products andwork traffic with ChinaHR。
58同城是一家優秀的在紐交所上市的互聯網公司。58同意收購中華英才網的品牌等資產。在未來58同城會幫助中華英才網發展業務，同時保持中華英才網的品牌獨立性。比如58同城將向中華英才網分享58同城在市場投放，產品能力和平臺流量等方面的優勢。

We have engaged FESCO tomenced termination dissions with all our staff today, Fesco have all details relating to yourpensation package and they will diss this on a one to one basis with you。

Thepensation package for all staff is N + 2, payment wille directly from FESCO, they will pay you N + 1 at the end of May and the final amount at the end of Aut。

If you sign a new contract of employment with 58, this will not impact on the amount due to you or the timing of the payment。
如果你與58同城簽定了新的勞動合同，你同樣可以按上述分兩次得到上述補償金。
For the staff that will transfer to 58, you will be working for ChinaHR until close of iness next Wednesday 13 May and will transfer to 58 on Thursday 14th May。

We will require all our staff toe to the office next week and we will be operating the iness as normal whilst also documenting handover documents for been today and next Thursday。
